hello, my name is...

My guitar has been a constant companion to me for the past couple of weeks. I used to be almost apathetic towards it. I'd kick it around and toss it aside, not really caring about what might happen. It's crappy, sounds disgusting, and the pick-up quality is horrifying. I'd always thought, I got it for free; therefore, it's worthless. But now I'm starting to realize just how false that is. Every time I sit in my dorm room now, my guitar is attached to me. We both stare at the computer screen at all the different chords and lyrics, and before we know it, hours go by. Yet I don't feel like I'm wasting time at all. It's a great outlet, and an outlet is exactly what I need these days.

But it saddens me... I've had this guitar for about 4-5 years now, and I still have yet to name it! Any suggestions??
