change

This weekend is my orientation, and in all honesty, I'm not looking forward to it. From what I heard, it's extremely boring and it's pretty much the worst way to spend two days. In fact, I'm not even looking forward to starting school. I don't want my friends to all leave for different states, start their new lives, and leave me behind. I don't want to deal with the workload that I'm facing simply by attending Tech.

But at the same time... I'm excited. I'm excited for change. I'm excited just simply knowing that things are going to be different, and that change can be good. I'm excited for new things, new friends, new experiences. Yeah, it's gonna be hella hard, but you know what? God never said that life would be easy. He did say that we won't be alone. That itself is enough comfort to last me a lifetime full of many difficulties.


Time for change!
